Comparison Manus Grip & TGrips 2.5

According to Dmitiriy Lusin on YouTube, “I think that if you have to train for improvement in Apollon Axle or Rolling Thunder then Manus grips would be better, but if you want to train full body then TGrips could be more convenient (as they are locking on the bar tighter than Manus grips). Grooves on TGrips are not making lift weights lighter (though it still could be better if they weren’t there), because TGrips have bigger diameter than Manus grips.
